Our accessible law services include:

Accessibility of Service

Our “accessibility of service” is based on delivery of legal advice and representation to clients with transperancy and ease, we believe we achieve this through;

  • Clear fee structures:  we offer fixed fees for most aspects of our family law services, and our conveyancing and Wills, see Our Fees Explained.
  • Handy location:  we’re located in Raglan House, Raglan Street, South Melbourne, with easy available on-street parking.
  • Innovative client engagement:  We use email, skype and phone conferences to ease the neccesity of you attending personally at appointments, this means we can work within your already busy schedule.

Our Fees Explained

Family Law Fees

We charge clients fixed fees for almost all aspects of family law matters, this means if your matter is suitable for a fixed fee arrangement that you can enter into a fixed fee agreement and know exactly what your costs will be. If you and your partner have already reached agreement on the terms of settlement we can often formalise this agreement for a fixed fee of about $6,600 (inc GST).

If your matter is in court your costs will usually be higher and a fixed fee arrangement won't always be possible, if this is the case you can be assured that you will always know exactly what you have been charged for and we will provide you with detailed estimates so you know what your future costs will be.

Conveyancing Fees

We offer a fixed fee for our conveyancing services of $990 (incl GST) plus disbursements.

Will and Power of Attorney Fees

Our fees for drafting Wills and Power of Attorney are as follows;

  • Basic general Will for single person from $550 (incl GST);
  • Basic general Will with Enduring Power of Attorney from $660 (incl GST);
  • Basic general mirror Will for a couple from $880 (incl GST);
  • Basic general mirror Will and Enduring Power of Attorney of a couple from $990 (incl GST);
