Wills and Conveyancing

Conveyancing

Accessible Family Law aims to provide clients with a service that encompasses all aspects of their new beginnings. Not only do we assist clients with family law matters, we also undertake conveyancing and Wills.

We want to build ongoing relationships with our clients and see them move onto new phases of their lives with our support and expertise assisting them.

Our conveyancing service is undertaken by Accessible Conveyancing, this is managed by our Practice Manager, Renee Campbell, and overseen by our Principal Lawyer, Nicole Le Pou and consultant Margaret Horlock.

Renee has established relationships with many local businesses that can assist you with a sale or purchase of a home including mortgage brokers, real estate agents and buyers advocates. She works incredibly hard to foster and maintain these relationships to ensure that our clients get the best possible service and access to the great local resources in South Melbourne, Albert Park and surrounding suburbs.

We charge a fixed fee for all residential conveyancing work, $1,100 (incl GST) plus disbursements.

For all commercial conveyancing work, please contact our office for a quote.

We also offer other property law services such as lodging caveats and reviewing contracts prior to signing.

You do not need to have a family law matter with us to engage our services for conveyancing, so please feel free to contact Renee Campbell at Accessible Conveyancing  and discuss how we can work with you as you move toward your new beginning.
