Nicole Le Pou - Director / Principal Lawyer

  

Background

 

Nicole is our Principal Lawyer and has over 14 years experience in family law. She has worked in more recent years as a family law locum consulting in small and medium sized family law firms in addition to Victorian Government Departments relying on her comprehensive knowledge of family law.  Her experience as a locum enables Nicole to identify issues quickly and build relationships with clients at the outset.

 

Nicole started her career with (what was then) the largest law firm in country Victoria dealing with family law, wills and estates and property law.  She then relocated back to Melbourne where she began specialising in family law before she joined Victoria Legal Aid undertaking the challenging role of a duty lawyer in both family law matters and intervention order matters. Nicole remained at Victoria Legal Aid for four years working in the family law, child support and children\'s court jurisdiction, eventually taking the position of assistant section head of the family law team.  

 

After leaving Victoria Legal Aid Nicole commenced life as a family law locum working in all variety of family law matters.

 

Nicole\'s focus is now assisting clients with all aspects of their family law matters and she takes particular interest in property matters involving businesses and trust entities. Nicole has also practiced in the areas of Wills and Estates and Property Law and brings these skills to Accessible Family Law adding further value for our clients. Nicole is a trained collaborative lawyer and always seeks to approach her matters with this in mind, keeping parties out of court and moving on with their lives.

 

Nicole  previously volunteered at the SouthPort Community Legal Centre continuing in her dedication to community legal resources to those most in need.

Renee Campbell - Director / Practice Manager 

 

Background

 

Renee has spent her 13 year career working within the  Federal Magistrates Court (as it then was), Family Court and in the Federal Court of Australia.

 

Renee commenced her career at Legal Aid before working in the capacity as a Deputy Associate and then Associate in the Federal Magistrates Court (now the Federal Circuit Court) before moving onto the Family Court as a Judge\'s Associate.

 

Renee has spent the last six years working as an Executive Assistant to a Federal Court Judge.  Renee has managed Judge\'s chambers responsible for some of the largest commercial and class action litigation in recent Australian history.

 

Renee is responsible for management of our conveyancing services and has established links with many local businesses to provide the best possible resources to our clients.

 

She brings exceptional management and client engagement skills with her to Accessible Family Law.
