Nicole Le Pou

Director / Principal Lawyer

Nicole is our Principal Lawyer and was admitted to legal practice in 2004. She has worked almost exclusively in family law since her admission, and started her career with (what was then) the largest law firm in country Victoria dealing with family law, wills and estates and property law.  She then relocated back to Melbourne where she began specialising in family law before she joined Victoria Legal Aid undertaking the challenging role of a duty lawyer in both family law matters and intervention order matters. Nicole remained at Victoria Legal Aid for four years working in the family law, child support and children's court jurisdiction, eventually taking the position of assistant section head of the family law team.

After leaving Victoria Legal Aid Nicole worked as a family law locum consulting in small and medium sized family law firms in addition to Victorian Government Departments relying on her comprehensive knowledge of family law.

In 2014 Nicole, together with Renee Campbell, established Accessible Family Law as it is today.

Nicole's focus is now assisting clients with all aspects of their family law matters and she takes particular interest in property matters involving businesses and trust entities.
